Job Description:

#NowHiring Belcan is currently searching for a recruitment coordinator for our client in the aerospace industry, located in Longueuil. This is a 12-month renewable contract.

Key Responsibilities:

- Post positions on job portals and other recruiting sources
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Handle the hiring, offer, and onboarding processes
- Follow up regularly with candidates throughout the process

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Work experience in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Higher Education, or related fields
- Strong bilingual communication skills in French and English
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
