Our client, a high-growth, multi-location Canadian organization, is seeking multiple Senior Financial Analysts to join its expanding FP&A; team. This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to directly impact business performance in a quick-paced, collaborative environment.
The Role
The Senior Financial Analyst will partner closely with business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while delivering insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis
- Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions and investment analysis
- Lead and support budgeting and forecasting processes (OPEX & CAPEX)
- Perform variance analysis and deliver actionable insights
- Enhance reporting, KPIs, and analytical tools
- Prepare presentations and financial reporting for leadership
- Support process improvements and ad hoc analysis
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of FP&A; or related experience
- Undergraduate degree; CPA/CFA considered an asset
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Exposure to tools such as SQL, Tableau, or FP&A; systems is an asset
