Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

Status: Regular; Permanent; Full-time (1 Vacancy)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $37.50 per hour

Hours: 35 to 40 hours/week

Work Setting: Warehouse or Distribution Centre

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Review work of employees engaged in shipping, receiving, and maintaining record of materials and products.
- Inventory management and driving sales.
- Develop procedures/manuals as part of the continuous improvement of warehouse/distribution centres.
- Provide supervision & give direction to all team members to support day to day operations within the facility.
- Responsible for inventory control and shipment planning.
- Develop, mentor and evaluate reports relating to supply chain operations including on-hand inventory,



supply inventory reporting and recommendations.
- Establish work schedules, resolve work-related issues within the centre.
- Oversee supplies and manage the centre to meet labour and physical storage capacities.
- Review and implement changes if required as per monthly inventory count reports and activities with supply departments.

Professional Skills and Requirements

- Secondary (high) School Graduation is required, and completion of college is preferred
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience strongly preferred
- Ability to supervise 15 to 20 warehouse workers
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently, flexible, good time management, organizational, good teamwork, and Interpersonal Skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, electronic scheduler, and Inventory Software
- Own vehicle; Valid driver’s licence
- Criminal record check; Basic security clearance
