Looking for a Senior Manager, Segment Marketing to support their Mid-Market and National Accounts segments across the Canadian market. This is a high-impact role focused on building and executing market-facing campaigns that drive demand, support sales activation, and contribute to revenue growth.

- Webinar and event marketing experience
- HR Tech, HCM, SaaS, Banking, or Financial Services experience
- Demand generation / campaign marketing experience
- Go-to-market strategy and execution
- Strong sales partnership and sales enablement experience
- Excellent storytelling and messaging skills
- Cross-functional stakeholder management
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented, collaborative personality
- French bilingual
- Workforce management/payroll industry experience
