Adecco is currently hiring a full time experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal with CORES 3 to join a leading professional services organization in Edmonton. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with experience supporting corporate transactions, governance matters, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and review corporate legal documents, resolutions, agreements, and related transaction materials.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, financings, and other corporate transactions.
- Maintain and update corporate records, minute books, registers, and electronic filing systems.
- Coordinate incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions, business registrations, and extra-provincial filings.
- Conduct corporate searches and review records for compliance.
- Collaborate with legal professionals, clients, and regulatory bodies to manage ongoing corporate matters.
- Assist with transaction closings and corporate maintenance activities.

Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma or degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of corporate paralegal experience.




- Strong knowledge of corporate law procedures, filings, and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting business transactions and corporate reorganizations considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
