and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and patrons Conduct proactive patrols to ensure safety and address policy breaches Respond to and investigate security alarms and emergencies promptly and professionally De-escalate crisis situations and liaise with emergency services (police, fire, paramedics) Exercise crowd control and remove trespassers when necessary Write clear and detailed reports including incident, emergency, liability, and daily activity reports Provide first aid and medical response when required Utilize two-way radios and computer applications to communicate site activities Handle Lost & Found items and related inquiriesRequirementsAbility to obtain and/or maintain a valid Alberta Security License Authorized to legally work in Canada Nice to Have Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent customer service skillsBenefitsPaid Time Off Opportunities for growth and advancement within Paladin Security Training and ongoing professional development Supportive and team-oriented workplace
