Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Supervisor/Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of 10–15 associates. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication skills, proficient in Excel, and has prior team lead or supervisory experience. This is a full-time chance with potential for permanent hire after successful completion of required hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and movement of inventory.
- Staff Supervision: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10–15 associates to maintain productivity and performance.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee inbound and outbound shipments and workflow efficiency.
- Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal teams and customers, ensuring smooth information flow and problem resolution.
- ERP Proficiency: Utilize SAP or a similar ERP system for inventory and operations management.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory warehouse role
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
