This full time position reports to the Director of Regional Philanthropy and Partnerships. You will oversee a major giving portfolio and develop strategic fundraising plans to secure six- and seven-figure contributions. Leadership, mentorship, and relationship management with donors and stakeholders are central to this impactful role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage the major giving portfolio
• Develop a dynamic regional philanthropy program
• Provide mentorship to frontline fundraising teams




• Coordinate strategies to secure major commitments
• Maintain detailed records and forecasting within the database
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in fundraising with major gifts focus
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Strong donor engagement and relationship-building skills
• Proven success in strategic planning and execution
