Staffing and Recruiting – Electro Mechanic Technician Terrebonne

Our client is looking for 4 electromechanics to join the team at our Terrebonne plant. You will work mainly on stationary machines, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems assisted by computer or programmable logic controllers.

Responsibilities

- Perform preventive maintenance on machines.
- Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and diagnose all production machines.
- Participate in equipment modifications and the installation of current production machines.
- Ensure continuity of production and limit shutdowns during repairs.

Qualifications

- 3 years or more of experience in a production environment.
- DEP in electromechanics or a diploma in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent.




- Methodical and analytical mindset to quickly identify defects and causes.
- Sense of organization.
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of English (asset).

Advantages

- Shifts: Sunday to Thursday daytime (6:30 am‑2:20 pm).
- Shifts: Sunday to Thursday evening (2:30 pm‑10:30 pm).
- Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday evening (2:30 pm‑10:30 pm).
- Shifts: Monday to Friday evening (2:30 pm‑10:30 pm).
- $1.50 bonus for weekend work (Saturday‑Sunday).
