Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates. Evaluate project requirements, materials, and labour to determine costs and timelines. Assist in preparing bid proposals and tender submissions to secure new projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and project plans to understand scope and deliverables. Monitor and update cost estimates as project requirements evolve. Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documentation. Support the team in identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions. A successful Estimator should have: A strong background in construction cost estimating. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Robust communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software and tools. A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously What's on Offer
