The Promotions, Editorial, and Digital Visibility Manager is a Marketing role responsible for driving awareness, demand, and discoverability across industry publications, paid media, search engines, and emerging AI-driven platforms.
This role drives the promotion and visibility of company content across multiple channels and acts as the central integrator between paid media, editorial relationships, search optimization, and modern discovery platforms.
What You Will Do:
- Plan and execute paid promotional programs across industry publications (digital and print)
- Manage sponsorships, newsletters, display ads, and editorial programs
- Develop annual media plans aligned with campaigns and product launches
- Manage relationships with editors, journalists, and industry publications
- Pitch story ideas, articles, and technical content
- Drive earned media placement and track coverage
- Drive Google Ads campaigns end-to-end (strategy, execution, optimization)
- Manage keyword strategy, ad copy, and landing page alignment
- Optimize for conversions and cost efficiency
- Manage content syndication campaigns (whitepapers, webinars)
- Evaluate lead quality and campaign performance
- Coordinate paid and organic promotion across channels
- Ensure alignment of messaging and campaign timing
- Own SEO strategy at a content and structural level
- Improve performance through optimization and collaboration with web teams
- Monitor how company content appears in AI-driven search
- Recommend improvements for discoverability
- Build performance reports across channels
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations
What You Need:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or digital promotion
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns
- Hands-on Google Ads experience
- Experience working with media/publications
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with content syndication
- Experience with SEO and AI-driven discovery
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical markets
Tools and Platform Experience
- Google Ads (campaign creation, bidding, optimization)
- Google Analytics (GA4) for performance tracking and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads or similar platforms
- Excel or equivalent for campaign analysis
- Experience with NetLine, TechTarget, Madison Logic, or similar platforms
- SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
- Familiarity with AI-driven search (ChatGPT,
generative search tools)
- Comfort using AI tools for content analysis and optimization
- CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore)
- Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua)
- Social media platforms and scheduling tools
- A/B testing tools (Optimizely)
- Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
- Programmatic platforms (DV360)

Salary Range:
$68,600.00-$91,400.000
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
