About the Team & Business Line

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. We continually invest in learning and technology to deliver a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

- Support client operations by verifying, reporting and processing activities on their behalf. Our clients are Investment Managers who rely on us for time‑sensitive services related to moving money in and out of their accounts.
- Engage clients professionally and provide dependable service within daily bank cut‑offs and hours by processing payments via internal systems.
- Monitor process flows to ensure daily payments are on track, assist where needed, and raise escalations if required.
- Ensure adherence to controls and procedures while serving as a Subject Matter Expert for the department.
- Prepare and oversee end‑of‑day transaction reports for clients and internal departments.
- Set up and maintain Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) in internal systems.
- Assist and lead performance discussions with junior staff, troubleshoot day‑to‑day issues, review and adjust work allocations as needed, and represent the group on internal and external calls.
- Oversee a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts, supporting them and your manager while delivering high‑level customer service to the client base.




- Ensure the team works effectively, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with the manager to equip the team for client service.
- Work on strategic projects as needed.
- Coordinate with multiple departments across the firm to drive results and complete deliverables.

Qualifications

- Post‑secondary education.
- 2‑5 years’ experience in financial services focused on data entry and cash/payment processing.
- Experience leading teams, mentoring staff, and coaching them in their roles.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience operating in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask to manage volumes.
- Ability to work independently and recognize when to escalate.
- Ability to learn and follow established policies and procedures.
- Committed team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid and confident English communication skills via email and phone.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook skills.
- Familiarity with SWIFT is an asset but not required.
