We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and expand our presence across Eastern Ontario. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct on-site assessments to understand client requirements
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals and quotes
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals




- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Qualifications

- Proven B2B sales experience (construction or industrial sector experience is an asset)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing your own schedule
- Willingness to travel throughout GTA
- Valid driver’s license

Bonus Points

- Industry-specific experience in coatings, concrete, or industrial services
- Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person sales visits
- Technical understanding of construction or flooring products
