We'll enable growth and progress together.The Product Owner will lead the definition and delivery of AI product capabilities within the Risk and Controls domain, with a strong focus on Risk Control Self‐Assessment (RCSA) and monitoring and testing platforms. The role requires hands‐on experience working in Agile environments, partnering closely with business, risk, compliance,



and technology teams to translate control and regulatory requirements into scalable, well‐designed product solutions.This role operates across multiple Scrum teams, requiring strong dependency management, early identification of risks, and effective coordination across platforms and stakeholders. Experience with AI‐enabled capabilities is must.ResponsibilitiesOwns end to end delivery of AI product capabilitiesLeads discussion with business on AI product vision and roadmapUses or commissions research, studies and focus groups to identify best‐of‐breed benchmarks for solving business problemsIdentifies innovations and leads "test and learn" experiments to create platform products that increase customer valueDefines and measures the KPIs for a platform productIs able to make trade‐off decisions on multiple platform products in a portfolioDevelops business and platform requirements for either one platform component of a large platform product or a narrow productLeverages tools such as Ignite for reusability of APIs and platform servicesDetermines release goals for a narrow platform product or a component of a large productIdentifies best practices for continuous product development improvementAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications6-10 years of relevant experience in a product line management, e‐commerce,



and/or strategic planning role.Previous banking and finance background in Product roles (experience in Risk & Control is a plus)Worked on at least 1 AI project end to endUnderstanding of Gen AI and Agentic AIHands on with writing Epics, Stories, Story MapsWorked in Agile (Knowledge of SAFe Agile is preferred)Good communication and stakeholder management skillsTakes end to end ownership of deliverablesStrong analytical and quantitative skills; Data driven and results‐orientedSkilled at working with third party service providersExcellent written and oral communication skillsSignificant experience building complex business and/or transactional models.Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, effectively influencing across cross functional teamsEducationBachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferredSalary Range: $120,800.00 – $170,800.00Automated Processing and AIWe use automated processing, including artificial intelligence, for our legitimate business interests (or our reasonable and appropriate business purposes) to identify and align the candidate's skills and abilities with a specific job opening.
