As a crucial member of the Senior Management Team, you’ll report to the Vice President of Construction. This role focuses on operational leadership, overseeing all phases from feasibility to warranty across multifamily, single-family, and institutional projects. Key areas include managing performance standards, enhancing capabilities, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities: • Execute the annual business plan in alignment with goals • Provide operational oversight from pre-development to warranty • Ensure projects meet safety, schedule,



budget, and quality targets • Lead continuous improvement across construction operations • Develop a scalable structure for multiple concurrent projects

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field • 15+ years in construction leadership roles • 8+ years managing Project Managers • Experience with projects over $250M in value • Proficient in BC Building Code and project controls
