JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst (Power BI) to support reporting modernization and analytics initiatives across the team. This role will focus on optimizing reporting processes, centralizing dashboards, and improving data accessibility for stakeholders. The successful candidate will have solid Power BI development experience, advanced DAX skills, and a solid understanding of data transformation and reporting best practices. This individual will work with large enterprise datasets and help streamline reporting workflows while providing actionable insights to business partners

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or BI Analyst




- 3+ years of Power BI dashboard development experience
- Advanced DAX expertise Experience building and managing complex Power BI data models
- Strong ETL and data transformation experience
- 3+ years of SAS or SQL experience
- Experience working with large enterprise datasets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Campaign analytics or campaign execution experience
- Banking or financial services experience
- Wealth management industry knowledge
