This role extends beyond classroom support; it involves organizing mentorship, monitoring student success, and collaborating with families and educational staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students in various learning settings
• Encourage organization and positive engagement
• Establish trust and rapport with students
• Support academic tasks,



including study and time management
• Plan educational activities during breaks
Requirements:
• Certification as Education Assistant from an accredited institution
• Five years of proven experience in BC education systems
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and transportation
• Ability to navigate educational interventions
• Strong skills in communication and documentation
