The Prospect

Role involves solving complex problems, understanding advanced equipment, and supporting customers who rely on high‑quality print production.

Work with large, advanced print systems for commercial print providers, in‑plant print environments, and customers requiring speed, quality, accuracy, and uptime.

Field‑based work: plan your day, travel to customers, avoid being tied to a desk.

Responsibilities

- Perform on-site maintenance and repairs for production print equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance procedures.




- Install, configure, and calibrate production print machinery for optimal performance.
- Collaborate closely with clients, delivering outstanding customer service and support.
- On-site service of MFPs.
- Maintain parts inventory and call management records to achieve KPI targets.
- Lead referrals, assist with customer assessments and solution design (10% of time).
- Provide break‑fix and customer support (90% of time).
- Seek opportunities to improve territory parts budget and inventory control.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

We are looking for people who are dependable, adaptable, professional, and eager to develop specialized technical skills.

Experience with equipment repair, electronics, computers, tools, networking, machinery, automotive, production equipment, manufacturing environments, or customer service is helpful, but the attitude, aptitude, and commitment to growth are just as important.

Training and support will be provided to develop skills in servicing and supporting Konica Minolta production print equipment, troubleshooting technical and image quality issues, performing maintenance, and supporting equipment performance.
