We're currently seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our growing team. This position offers a variety of exciting projects, from custom finish carpentry to full-scale renovations. Key Responsibilities

- Perform renovations, including finish carpentry, framing,
- Install cabinetry, trim, doors, windows, baseboards, kitchens and other finish carpentry details. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials with precision.
- Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- Work effectively with other team members and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety standards and maintain a protected work environment.





Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience as a carpenter, with a focus on renovations and finish carpentry.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to read and understand construction blueprints and plans.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Own basic carpentry tools (company may provide additional tools).
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- High school diploma or equivalent; carpentry apprenticeship or formal training is a plus.
