Our client is seeking a Program Manager to support telecom infrastructure and site-build initiatives. This individual will be responsible for coordinating projects across the full lifecycle, from site acquisition through infrastructure deployment, while utilizing data-driven insights to monitor program performance and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage telecom and infrastructure-related programs from planning through execution

• Coordinate stakeholders across internal teams and external partners

• Track program milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities

• Utilize cloud-based data platforms (BigQuery preferred) to support reporting and decision-making

• Lead status updates and communications with senior business stakeholders





• Support project governance, issue resolution, and program optimization

Ensure projects continue moving forward through effective stakeholder alignment

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3–5 years of Project or Program Management experience

• Experience supporting infrastructure, telecom, construction, or site-build projects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with large datasets and data-driven reporting

• Familiarity with cloud data environments and BigQuery

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to operate independently in a rapid-paced environment
