As a Team Member and Hospitality Ambassador at Tim Hortons, your top priority is providing an exceptional guest experience through the delivery of outstanding products and service. Whether you are the very first person our guests encounter or produce the best-loved bakery items, you will have the opportunity to create lasting impressions.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly within 5 seconds at the front counter and drive-thru
- Deliver consistent service using the S.E.T. principles — Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You
- Ensure order accuracy by repeating orders back to guests and marking beverage lids correctly
- Prepare all products following the Always Fresh procedure and operational guidelines
- Handle guest concerns professionally using the Make It Right approach
- Monitor and record product temperatures in the Time & Temperature Log
- Maintain cleanliness of front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and exterior




- Follow all health and safety legislation, sanitation procedures, and safe work practices
- Communicate product and showcase needs to ensure proper availability

- Ability to multi-task efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Attention to detail in following preparation procedures and order instructions
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn health and safety and food handling practices
- Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
