Responsibilities

- Establish face‑to‑face contact with Linehaul drivers to check them into the yard physically and virtually via Customer e‑tools.
- Assign Linehaul carriers optimal parking positions that maximize the truck yard capabilities.
- Ensure no unauthorized yard entry by non‑Customer Linehaul carriers.
- Prevent truck yard congestion by not allowing Linehaul carriers to drop trailers in the yard if not authorized by Customer.
- Maintain close coordination with warehouse dock POC and dispatch Linehauls to the warehouse and to their assigned door as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Serve as the shift point of contact between internal business units and external Customer Linehaul carriers, providing necessary details needed to address any operational defects and/or escalations.
- Ensure compliance with Customer daily reporting requirements.
- Ensure proper site security is being maintained and report deviations if found.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including warehouse sortation activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

- High School Diploma, Post‑Secondary education in a related field or program is an asset.




- Ability to work as a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Willingness to be trained in all aspects of the operation.
- Detail‑oriented.
- Must be versatile.
- Good communication skills.
