What You'll Be Doing

- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted point of contact
- Provide expert guidance on registered plans, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service
- Resolve client issues proactively and efficiently
- Identify process improvements to enhance the overall client experience

Qualifications

- 2+ years' experience in brokerage, financial services, or client support




- Solid knowledge of industry regulations and operations
- Hands‑on expertise with registered plans
- Strong communication skills in English & French (required)
- A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
