We are seeking a Scheduling Student for our Toronto district within our Canadian Buildings Division, for 4 or 8 months starting September 2026.

Responsibilities

- Assists with schedule creation
- Updates for small projects based on direction from Scheduling Manager
- Creates schedule content and completes schedule updates as directed
- Assists schedulers with monitoring and communicating the project schedules to project and scheduling team
- Basic Knowledge of construction specifications, building materials, methods, and materials.

Qualifications

- Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and basic knowledge of building materials, methods, and materials.
- Application of various computer software programs will be required, including scheduling software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project or Excel as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.




- Ability to work independently and in a team setting with scheduling team.

The estimated hourly range for this role is $21.37- $31.33, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
