Our client is seeking a highly motivated Leasing Coordinator, to support leasing, condominium sales, and business development initiatives across an industrial and commercial real estate portfolio.

This role provides broad exposure to commercial leasing, industrial condominium sales, tenant and purchaser relations, external broker engagement, marketing coordination, and transaction execution. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and play an active role in driving occupancy, supporting revenue generation initiatives, and cultivating relationships with tenants, purchasers, external brokers and industry stakeholders.

This hands-on, client-facing role is ideal for an entrepreneurial, relationship-oriented professional seeking to build a long-term career in commercial real estate leasing, investment sales, development, and asset management within a dynamic and growth-oriented organization. Given the collaborative and transaction-oriented nature of the role, the successful candidate will be expected to work from the office full-time five days per week.

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute across the full transaction lifecycle, including prospecting, market research, tour coordination, proposal and agreement preparation, broker outreach, marketing initiatives, transaction administration, and ongoing stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Leasing Execution

• Support sales & leasing activities of an industrial, retail, and office portfolio.

• Assist with the marketing and sale of commercial condominium units.

• Coordinate transaction timelines, due diligence items and critical dates.

• Track lease expiries, renewals, tenant options, and sales milestones.

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, purchasers, and brokerage professionals.

• Support negotiation of lease terms and sale transactions.

• Prepare lease proposals, letters of intent (LOIs), and related transaction documentation.

• Maintain leasing, sales, and prospect pipeline tracking through Mantella’s CRM platform.

• Coordinate with internal asset management, property management, legal, development, finance,



and investment teams to facilitate transaction execution and occupancy readiness.

• Support ongoing sales and leasing initiatives aimed at maximizing occupancy, absorption, and asset value.

Marketing & Deal Support

• Prepare marketing materials including brochures, listing packages, and presentations.

• Coordinate property listings across commercial real estate platforms and digital marketing channels.

• Support broker outreach initiatives and maintain active communication with external brokerages.

• Participate in business development and prospecting activities to generate new tenant and purchaser leads.

• Assist with the coordination of property marketing assets including photography, videography, signage, floor plans, and digital listings.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing and sales listings across all relevant platforms.

• Prepare and coordinate social media and corporate branding content related to sales, leasing, and marketing activities.

Market Research & Analysis

• Track market trends across the GTA industrial, office, retail, and industrial condominium sectors.

• Monitor market fundamentals including rental rates, vacancy levels, absorption activity, and comparable transactions.

• Assist in evaluating pricing strategies and leasing assumptions for budgeting and forecasting.

• Prepare market intelligence summaries, leasing and sales reports, and competitive analysis for senior leadership.

• Identify emerging market trends, tenant demand drivers, and competitive opportunities to support asset positioning and leasing strategy.

Tenant & Broker Relations

• Identify and cultivate prospective tenant and purchaser leads.

• Respond to sales and leasing inquiries in a timely, professional and solution-orientated manner.

• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, purchasers,



brokers and industry stakeholders.

• Support onboarding and pre-occupancy processes for new tenants and purchasers.

• Assist in resolving tenant and occupancy-related matters in collaboration with the property management and finance teams.

• Support ongoing tenant retention and client relationship management initiatives.

• Attend industry events and networking functions.

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and client service in all external interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, ideally with an owner/operator or developer.

• Familiarity with commercial lease documentation, letters of intent (LOIs), leasing transactions, agreements of purchase and sale, and commercial condominium declarations.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a high degree of professionalism.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and transactions in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) considered an asset.

• Demonstrated ability or strong interest in utilizing AI and technology tools to enhance productivity, research, marketing, communication, and operational efficiency.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain skilled relationships with brokers and tenants.

• Knowledge of GTA commercial real estate market fundamentals, particularly industrial real estate, is considered an asset.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Compensation

Competitive compensation package including salary between $80,000 - $90,000, 10% bonus opportunity, and comprehensive employee benefits including heath, dental, vision, and wellness coverage, together with paid vacation and professional development support.
