About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service to lead the creation of a growth-oriented team dedicated to maximizing revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance ticket sales and service, with a focus on season ticket members and group buyers. This role involves overseeing the ticket sales and service teams, the Ticket Centre, and ticket operations, and requires a strong background in ticketing strategy, pricing,



and inventory management. The VP will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to build and evolve revenue-maximizing strategies and will be a key player in fostering a high-energy, team-focused sales culture.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in ticket sales, service, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. The role demands exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills, as well as a proven track record in achieving revenue and sales targets. Experience with CRM and ticketing platforms, particularly Salesforce and Ticketmaster/Archtics, is essential. The VP will also be responsible for developing recent client relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying abreast of industry best practices.
