Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate resident needs and develop rehabilitation plans
• Oversee training of Restorative Aides and assistants
• Communicate progress and goals with healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with documentation and safety protocols
• Facilitate patient education on home exercise and fall prevention
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; advanced education preferred
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proficient in electronic health documentation systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage physical demands of therapy tasks
