We’re hiring Entry‑Level Sales Representatives to help homeowners book free in‑home assessments for attic insulation and mold remediation services. No prior sales experience is required – we provide full training and ongoing support.
What You’ll Do
- Go door‑to‑door in assigned residential areas
- Speak with homeowners and book free assessments
- Clearly explain the purpose of the assessment (no selling at the door)
- Work alongside experienced team members during training and shadowing
Training & Support
- Product knowledge training
- Field training and shadowing with experienced reps
- Transportation provided during the workday
- Ongoing coaching and performance support
Compensation
- Performance‑based compensation with weekly pay
- Average weekly earnings after initial training typically range from $900–$1,400
