About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Data Science to join our growing data science practice. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of quantitative models and analyses across a portfolio of marketing clients, including predictive modeling, regression analysis, and statistical work spanning media, pricing, and promotional data. This role suits someone with 1-2+ years of hands-on analytics experience who is ready to take greater ownership of model design, client interaction, and mentorship of junior team members.

What You Will Do

- Lead the build and maintenance of data science models such as Marketing Mix Models using regression-based techniques, working with weekly or monthly time-series data across media, pricing, and promotional variables.
- Own data validation, cleaning, and QA processes for client-provided datasets, establishing best practices for model-ready inputs.
- Run and interpret statistical analyses including adstock transformations, diminishing returns curves, and decomposition outputs, flagging issues in methodology or data quality.
- Prepare and review model documentation and structured outputs (Excel workbooks, charts, summary tables) for internal and client review.
- Partner directly with senior team members and clients on methodology decisions, model refinement, and results interpretation.
- Mentor and review the work of junior analysts, providing feedback on code, methodology, and QA.
- Drive internal tooling and process improvements as the team scales.

What We Are Looking For

- 1-2+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative role.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting analytical work to stakeholders or clients.
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, particularly regression analysis and time-series methods.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science,

or a related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, modeling, and visualization (pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of concepts such as multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, model fit diagnostics, and variable selection.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently through large, messy datasets with strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to Bayesian methods or hierarchical modeling.
- Prior experience with marketing data (media spend, impressions, GRPs) or consumer datasets.
- Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior analysts.

What We Offer

- Hands-on experience working across multiple industry verticals and client types.
- A collaborative team environment with growth into more senior, client-facing responsibilities.
- Exposure to the full MMM lifecycle, from data intake through to client delivery, with increasing ownership.
- Competitive compensation and benefits.
