Service Advisor - Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Full Time Calgary, AB, CA

Salary : $40,000 + Monthly Bonus

Responsibilities

- Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs.
- Welcoming customers and discussing their needs.
- Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone.
- Develop repair estimates by considering the cost of materials, supplies, and labor.
- Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms.
- Connecting customers to the right auto technician.
- Test‑driving vehicles to confirm the customers’ vehicle is repaired as needed.
- Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2‑year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role.
- CDK experience is an asset.
- Automotive knowledge.
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.




- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced workplace with many priorities.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to remain calm when customers and/or situations are not.
- Organization and follow‑up skills.
- Experience and desire to work with technology.
