What You'll Do:

- 1-on-1 Coaching: Provide personalized interview preparation, resume critiques, networking advice, and career coaching for Venture Capital recruiting
- Cohort Guidance (Optional): Lead small-group discussions covering startup evaluation, market analysis, venture investing, sourcing, and investment decision-making
- Contribute to Content (Optional): Help enhance venture investing frameworks, case studies, startup analysis exercises, and interview preparation resources
- Mentor With Purpose:



Share firsthand experience evaluating startups, working with founders, and building a successful career in venture capital

Who We're Looking For:

- Professionals with experience in Venture Capital (or similar Growth Equity, Corporate Venture Capital, Startup Investing, Angel Investing, etc.)
- Current or former Associates, Senior Associates, Principals, Partners, Investment Directors, or Managing Partners
- Solid communicators with a passion for mentoring aspiring venture investors
- Detail-oriented and committed to providing thoughtful, actionable feedback and industry insights
