About the Chance
This opportunity is for experienced Legal Experts interested in contributing to advanced AI research and evaluation projects. The role involves evaluating AI-generated legal content, applying real-world legal reasoning, and helping improve how next-generation AI systems analyze employment disputes, workplace investigations, and labor law matters.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated legal responses for correctness, legal accuracy, and client readiness.
- Compare multiple AI-generated responses and identify the strongest legal analysis.
- Conduct legal research and verify legal reasoning using applicable statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Provide detailed written feedback to improve AI model performance.
- Participate in onboarding and calibration sessions to ensure evaluation consistency.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in Employment Law and/or Labor Law at a law firm, in-house legal department, government agency, or labor union.
- J.D. (U.S.) or LL.B./LL.M. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the United States (active or inactive).
- Strong experience in legal research, legal writing, case law analysis, and drafting legal memoranda.
- Excellent written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
