Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation is seeking a case manager to join a skilled team providing case management for economically vulnerable people living with cancer. The Case Manager will help people navigate income replacement programs and other financial resources when faced with a cancer diagnosis. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits. This position is primarily located at 105 Wellness Way in Toronto, and the successful candidate may choose to work 2 days at home most weeks. Required knowledge, skills, and abilitiesBachelor of Social Work (BSW) and/or Master of Social Work (MSW) requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience in a non-profit setting, preferably related to health Understanding of the impact of cancer on individuals and familiesExperience with intake, assessment and management of ongoing caseloadsKnowledge of government and workplace benefit programs would be an assetHigh degree of organization, with very good problem-solving skills and attention to detailHigh degree of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and OutlookFluency in English with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Key Areas of ResponsibilityCase Management in the Wellspring Money Matters program (training provided)Participation as an integral part of the Mission Delivery staff teamParticipation in,
