Ledcor is seeking skilled labourers and lattice tower assemblers for a major transmission line project in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This role involves hands-on assembly of steel lattice towers, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and operating or working around heavy equipment. The ideal candidates are safety-minded, experienced in steel construction, and able to thrive in a physically demanding, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Need

- Experience with steel construction, including rigging
- Experience working around and/or operating heavy equipment
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 1A or 3A an asset)
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to read drawings and prints
- CSO/BSO, Fall Protection & GD2 training considered assets
