Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will bring dedication and charisma, providing exceptional customer service. This role requires robust leadership and communication skills, independence, and the ability to manage customer interactions efficiently. Must be 19 years of age or older and comfortable working alone.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Consistently ID customers to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Provide knowledgeable assistance within sales to guide customers through the features and benefits of our products.
Handle customer dissatisfaction or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Process transactions accurately with the Point of Sale system (POS) including cash handling and card processing.
Assist in overseeing daily store operations and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Utilize phone etiquette to manage incoming phone calls accurately and respectfully.
Assist with inventory management including keeping everything organized and receiving product shipments.
Various cashiering duties such as opening and closing the till.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Requirements
Previous retail experience.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to adapt, self-motivate and self-manage.
Familiarity with phone etiquette.
Willingness to work within a small business.
Experience with vape products or the vape industry is preferred, but not required
About the business:
We, the owners have worked in the industry for nearly 10 years combined. We opened our store July of 2024 and are now looking for a staff member to join our team as we continue to build and grow. We are aiming to find people that will work alongside us, who will care about the store and contribute to our mutual success. We hope to build trust and loyalty within our team, and would love to have you with us!
Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
