Responsibilities
Accurately measure to ensure accurate window placement and fitment in residential settings
Use hand tools and power tools to remove old windows and install new units efficiently and safely
Prepare work sites by caulking, sealing, and ensuring surfaces are ready for window installation
Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks such as framing, restoration, or construction painting as needed for seamless integration
Conduct quality checks during and after installation to ensure proper operation, fit, and finish




Maintain a clean work environment by properly handling materials like flooring or tile laying components during projects

Skills
Proficiency with hand tools, caulking guns, and other essential installation equipment
Construction experience with a focus on residential projects or remodeling work
Robust carpentry skills for framing, trimming, or restoring window opening
Knowledge of restoration techniques applicable to older or damaged window frames
Experience with construction painting, plumbing connections, or welding is a plus for integrated project tasks
