Job Overview
We are seeking (2) professional and very experienced Nail Tech/Beauty Specialist to join our team of hair stylists and wellness advisors in the famous DISTILLERY DISTRICT (Lakeshore & Cherry St. Downtown Toronto). The ideal candidate will provide exceptional manicure/pedicure ( optional- skincare and beauty treatments) creating a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. This role involves delivering services such as nail care, and other beauty treatments, while also promoting retail products and ensuring high standards of sanitation and customer service. The Beauty Therapist will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction and fostering repeat business in a welcoming environment.

Duties
Perform a variety of beauty treatments including nail care, and skincare services with precision and care
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene throughout all treatments and work areas
Upsell retail products to clients to enhance their experience and meet their beauty needs
Assist in retail sales by promoting products that complement the services offered
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort, satisfaction,



and understanding of treatments provided
Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-prepared for each client appointment
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver current and effective services

Requirements
Proven experience in nail care, or related beauty treatments is preferred
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within a spa or salon workplace
Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a genuine approach
Excellent communication skills to engage with clients comfortably and confidently
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
A skilled appearance with a friendly demeanor that fosters client trust and loyalty
