Responsible for deburring, grinding, polishing, and finishing metal parts to meet required quality and appearance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Remove burrs, sharp edges, scratches, and surface imperfections from metal parts.
Polish, buff, sand, and grind metal surfaces.
Operate grinders, polishers, sanders, and hand tools safely.
Inspect finished parts for smoothness, quality, and specifications.
Follow work orders, drawings, and production requirements.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous deburring, metal polishing, or manufacturing experience is an asset.
Experience using grinders, polishers, sanders, and hand tools.
Valuable attention to detail and quality.
Ability to perform repetitive physical work and handle metal parts safely.
Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
