Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The right candidate will play a crucial role in food preparation and presentation, ensuring that every dish meets our standards for quality and safety. Experience will need to be min 2 to 3 years. We are currently not hiring candidates looking for sponsorship. Must be legal to work in Canada.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during food preparation and service.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.




Participate in training current kitchen staff on food handling and preparation techniques.

Skills
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Proficient in various cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, and baking.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal preparation.
Solid communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred.
A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that satisfy customers.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
