We are looking for a part time Operations Coordinator for a moving company.

The main responsibility is to visit active moving jobs approximately 2 days per week and make sure our crews are doing a positive job and customers are happy.

Responsibilities

Visit moving jobs and oversee movers

Coordinate with moving crews and help resolve issues

Make sure jobs are being handled professionally

Take photos and short videos of moves for social media and marketing

Get customer reviews and occasional video testimonials

Report any issues or feedback to management

Requirements

Must have your own car

Some moving industry experience is preferred

Good communication and people skills

Comfortable taking videos with a phone

Reliable and able to travel to different moving jobs

Part-time position with a versatile schedule.
