Duties
Assist mechanics with routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of machinery and equipment
Use hand tools and power tools to support repair tasks under supervision
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing parts, and setting up tools for repairs
Follow safety protocols and ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards
Help with the installation of new equipment or components as directed by senior mechanics
Conduct basic troubleshooting to identify issues with machinery or systems
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and inspection results

Requirements




1 year heavy duty mechanic expereince is required.
Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in learning about machinery repair and maintenance
Familiarity with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
Experience or comfort using power tools for mechanical tasks is a plus
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work safely in a team environment
Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills
Positive communication skills to understand instructions and report on tasks completed
Must be able to stand, bend, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
