Lead Maintenance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Foreman to oversee and manage a maintenance route . The ideal candidate will be responsible for and maintaining various aspects of our sites

As a Lead Maintenance, you will be in charge of supervising a team, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities:
Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff in daily tasks
Perform hands-on maintenance work including
Plan and direct grounds maintenance crew
Mow, Trim, Prune, and maintain sites in a weed free condition
Submit Daily Reports of Each Sites
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure all sites are well-maintained
Supervise irrigation systems to ensure proper functioning
Train current maintenance team members on procedures and safety protocols
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly

Requirements:
Proven experience in and general maintenance tasks
Knowledge of techniques and best practices




Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
Experience with irrigation systems and garden care
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
