Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting precise land and construction surveys, collecting critical data, and supporting project planning and development. Your expertise will help ensure projects are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant standards. Responsibilities
Perform land, construction, and topographic surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques
Collect, analyze, and interpret spatial data to support project design and planning processes
Utilize AutoCAD and CAD software to create detailed survey drawings and maps
Manage geographic information system (GIS) data, including ArcGIS platforms, for spatial analysis and mapping
Maintain accurate records of survey data, field notes, and project documentation in organized databases
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure survey data aligns with project specifications




Conduct field inspections to verify site conditions and gather additional data as needed

Qualifications
Proven experience in construction surveying or related fieldwork with a solid understanding of surveying principles
Proficiency in AutoCAD, CAD software, GIS tools such as ArcGIS, and data management systems
Solid skills in data collection techniques using modern surveying instruments like total stations and GPS units
Familiarity with construction processes, site layout, and boundary determination
Ability to interpret technical drawings, maps, and survey plans accurately
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and database management
Relevant certifications or licenses in surveying or geomatics are preferred

Pay: $30.00-$49.00 per hour
