Duties
Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company policies
Lead and supervise staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to meet sales goals
Oversee merchandising strategies, pricing, and inventory purchasing to optimize product presentation and availability.
Manage POS systems, cashiering duties, and customer service interactions to promote a positive shopping experience.
Coordinate store scheduling, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain organizational efficiency
Assist in budgeting, sales management, and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
Perform administrative duties such as phone etiquette, organizational tasks,
and record keeping
Requirements
Proven management experience with a solid background in management and team supervision
Excellent communication skills, including bilingual proficiency preferred for diverse customer engagement
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
