Paint - MINIMUM 3 years experience. Preparing and protecting delicate surfaces for paint. Mixing coating with specialized measuring and mixing tools according manufacturers specifications. Painter will use a variety of techniques and tools to paint surfaces. They may use spray equipment, stencils, rollers or brushes. Industrial painter must choose the best tool for the job at hand. They will paint on primers, pre-finishes and finishing coats. Use special safety equipment such as air fed masks is a must. Industrial Painter must clean up the area after they have finished a job. They must carefully follow all guidelines for the safe handling and disposal of hazardous chemicals and waste. Industrial Painter is responsible for maintenance of their painting equipment.
The following is required:
Experience in automotive or industrial equipment painting
Experience wet painting using a gun
Ability to differentiate between colors
Ability to work on multiple priorities with frequent interruptions
Ability to use hand and power tools and equipment
Ability to work with all levels of employees
Solid communication skills
