Mold Operator (Full-Time) – Day or Afternoon Shift

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a reliable, long-term Mold Operator to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience and a solid mechanical mindset who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company.
40–44 hours/week + overtime as needed
Pay 20.00 - 23.00 p/hr

What You’ll Do
Operate and monitor molding equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger concerns




Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

What You Bring
Experience in manufacturing (preferred)
Mechanical aptitude (strong asset)
Reliable transportation to our Stoney Creek facility
Legal authorization to work in Canada (Permanent Resident or Citizen; no student visas)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
