Job Overview

MGC Concrete Finishing is seeking an experienced and dedicated Concrete Foreman to lead and supervise concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations in office, coordinate teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high-quality standards. This role requires solid leadership skills, extensive construction experience, and proficiency with construction management tools. The Concrete Foreman will play a vital role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

Duties
Supervise and coordinate concrete pouring, finishing, and curing activities on construction sites
Manage and direct a team of laborers and subcontractors to ensure productive workflow
Review project blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution
Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions promptly
Conduct quality control inspections to meet safety standards and project specifications
Maintain adherence to safety protocols and enforce compliance among team members
Collaborate with project managers on scheduling, budgeting,



and resource allocation
Oversee material deliveries and ensure proper use of tools and equipment

Skills
Proven supervising experience in concrete or general construction projects
Solid knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
Experience with quality control procedures and safety regulations in construction environments
Construction experience with a focus on concrete work is highly preferred

Must possess a valid drivers license

Ability to work in a team setting and independently
