Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse activities, including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems and a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes. Must be well organized and take pride in your job. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse distribution, heavy equipment operation, and logistics management—all while contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pick up according to schedules (load, pack, wrap, label and ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label and store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working workplace and optimize space utilization
Complete diary logs into inventory
Report any discrepancies




Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Requirements and skills:
Proven working experience as a warehouse associate
Proficiency in inventory software, database and systems
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
Positive organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift heavy objects
Current drivers license, forklift, WHMIS, TDG certification
