We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Early Childcare Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will support classroom activities, assist with daily caregiving routines, and help create a positive learning atmosphere for children. Your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to the growth and well-being of every child in our care.

Duties
Support lead teachers in implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development
Assist with supervising children during play, meals, naps, and outdoor activities to ensure safety and engagement
Provide attentive caregiving, including helping children with personal hygiene and comfort needs
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, by adapting activities and providing additional assistance
Maintain a clean, organized classroom setting that encourages exploration and learning




Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a collaborative atmosphere
Follow all health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure workplace for children

Qualifications
Prior classroom experience working with young children in an educational or caregiving setting
Experience working with individuals with varying needs is highly valued
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and development milestones
Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and enthusiasm
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a agile environment
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues
