Job Summary

Duties
Skilled in preparing a wide range of espresso-based beverages, specialty coffees, teas, and other drinks, with extensive hands-on experience operating commercial espresso machines and maintaining consistent quality and efficiency.
Assist customers by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing friendly service to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
Follow food safety protocols during food handling, preparation,



and serving to ensure quality and compliance
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of service
Support food preparation activities as needed.

Experience
Previous barista experience or background working in the food industry is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests
Previous retail, customer handling experience is a plus.
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions accurately
Experience in serving or food service roles that require multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
